🗃️Governance & Transparency
In Loop’s design, governance is not a decorative voting page; it is an auditable institution that binds authority, capital, and responsibility end-to-end. Participation is organized around a “three-powers” model—NFTs (Governance),Tokens (Fiscal), and Points (Participation)—so that long-term, verifiable commitment confers governance rights (e.g., staking LOOP to obtain governance identity and weight),fiscal actions face higher thresholds with on-chain traceability, and everyday contribution is quantified via Points and integrated into decision-making—preventing capital-only capture. For critical treasuries such as the Community Fund, the system enforces higher permissions and pass rates, and records proposal → vote → execution on-chain for independent verification by any external observer.
