We advance in four staged “cars”—A: Fixed-Term Savings → B: DEX → C: RWA Launchpad → D: LCASH. Upstream modules supply flow, data, and fiscal firepower to downstream modules; downstream modules feed back better pricing, liquidity, and stability to upstream demand.

Phase A — Fixed-Term Savings (Completed)

Goal.Solve participation thresholds and fiscal accumulation. Users enter 7-day savings cycles after converting LOOP → Points (1:3)and satisfying LOOP–USDT LP admission. This converts “usage” into real LOOP demand and durable LP depth.33.33%of LOOP in each Points conversion accrues to the Tax Pool / Community Fund, furnishing future buybacks and market-making. Issuance follows programmatic (non-promissory)rules so cadence is auditable.

Phase B — Decentralized Exchange

Goal.Deliver price discovery. Anyone can create a pair once minimum seed liquidity is met. Lock LOOP to obtain veLOOP; every7-day epoch, veLOOP holders vote on gauge weights to allocate weekly LOOP emissionst o pools. Heavily used pools attract more emissions, reinforcing theuse → votes → emissions → depth flywheel.Protocol fees accrue to the Treasury and enter the buyback → burn → disclosure cadence.

Phase C — RWA Launchpad

Goal.Port off-chain order on-chain for RWA only. Issuers submit identity/title/cash-flow/contracts/custody & audit interfaces. The AI compliance pipeline runs OCR/extraction, list screening, title-conflict checks, and cash-flow consistency to produce an explainable risk memo with evidence pointers; compliance & external audit countersign before issuance. Two-stage offering (whitelist → public). Proceeds are locked in custodial contracts / custodians with chain proofs and released per milestones(materials + signatures + ratios). Issued RWA tokens list in DEX volatile pools; veLOOP voting naturally directs emissions toward active pools, improving depth.

Phase D — LCASH Stablecoin

Goal.Provide transactional settlement and a stabilizing hand. LCASH uses high USDT/USDC reserves. Under crowding or wider deviation, automatic stabilizers first adjust behavioral costs(adaptive mint/redeem Points fees), then banded market-making; during congestion, queued redemptions. In extremes, circuit breaker: pause new mints, preserve redemption queue, and linear compensation in Points until obligations clear. LCASH maintains three hard links to LOOP—Demand (Points), Fiscal (fees & slippage tax → Treasury/Tax Pool), Governance (veLOOP-set guardrails).
