Custody is the firewall between RWA and the chain. All fund-related actions are embedded into a trigger-controlled custodial path.

• Custodial path.Raise →custodial contract/institution→ milestone verification →release/deny→on-chain receipts.

• Three-factor release.Milestone passed(AI + human countersign)+ multisig/governance authorization + time-lock(e.g., ≥ 24h).

• Rollback/refund.Funds are held proportionally to achieved milestones; unachieved portions are refunded pro-rata to investors.

• Audit & trace.Every release/refund emits an event hash and a structured report; the public dashboard shows de-identified summaries.

If misrepresentation, cash-flow anomalies, or material adverse changes occur, triggers switch to a protection path: suspend releases → governance and audit re-check → on confirmation, execute rollback/partial refunds. The system retains a full event log(trigger reason, evidence, votes & execution hashes, release/refund details) for post-mortems.
